If you receive an error message
If you receive an error message stating "Page Cannot Be Displayed", it may indicate
that there is a connection problem with the server. To establish a new connection,
exit the application and exit from your Internet browser. Wait a moment, then open
your Internet browser again and log back into the system. If the problem persists,
